Cod fillet in a crust of snacks with tartar sauce


“Frispers” fish snack 60 g

Cod fillet 170g

Salt to taste

Light mayonnaise 60g

Shallot 1 head

Pickled cucumbers 60 g

½ tsp lemon juice

Dijon mustard ¼ tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Pour the snacks into a bag and crush them.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Put the fish and salt. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with crushed snacks so that they completely cover the fish.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the remaining 0.25 cups of mayonnaise, chopped shallots, finely chopped cucumbers, lemon juice and mustard. Mix well and serve with fish.
