Salad of cod liver with pickled cucumber
Cod liver “Vikingur” – 1 pot;
Pickled or pickled cucumbers – 200 g;
Potatoes and carrots – 300 g;
Boiled eggs – 4 pcs .;
- Boil and peel vegetables, eggs. Scratch large.
- Cucumbers chop thin strips.
